The staff were really helpful, and breakfast was a decent local spread. Rooms were clean, though they could smell a little smoky. Guests smoking in hotel rooms isn't unusual in Türkiye.

They had no hot water while I was staying there. I hear it's fixed now, but that doesn't help me. I needed it during my stay, not a day after I'd left.

It's right in the center, and the staff are very friendly.

The bad experience started as soon as we arrived, and we ended up having to stay one night despite the reviews and ratings not matching what we found. Reception seemed completely out of touch with both the price and the job. The room was a letdown: dirty bed and sheets, no hot water, and a terrible smell from the toilets. We had booked the apartment with breakfast, but arrived at 09:40, before the stated 10:30 end time. Nobody told us breakfast was over, and there may not even have been a staff member around. You can find much nicer places for this price. It was a waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The breakfast selection was extremely limited, and there was no hot water. The elevator also hadn't worked for the previous two days. If you can, stay away from room 301. I don't understand how this place has 4.3 stars on Google Reviews. It's somewhere to spend a night in an emergency; otherwise, find another option.
