Montella Hotel

The staff at Montella Hotel and Mr. Furkan gave excellent service, and even woke me specifically for suhoor since I was staying during Ramadan. The rooms were clean and spacious, among the best I’ve stayed in recently. Fresh tea and coffee were available without limit through the night and until morning. Thank you.

Mr. Akif’s kind attention and hospitality made our 8-day stay much more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and kept trying to make guests comfortable, and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere. Most of the stay was pleasant, though a couple of things could be better. Small black dots on the shampoo bottles in our room left me with a poor impression of the hygiene details, even though cleanliness was generally decent. Also, there’s no generator, so when the power goes out the whole hotel loses electricity. That could be a real problem for guests who rely on medical equipment. With those issues addressed, the place could meet an even higher standard.

We stayed here as a family, and it had a real family feel. Everything was clean and hygienic, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent. The price was good too. I recommend it to anyone needing a night in Elbistan. From Austria, Hayri Yardim.

The rooms were warm, comfortable, and spotless, and breakfast was excellent. Tea was free and available around the clock. Everyone, from the owner and manager to reception and cleaning, was exceptionally polite, friendly, and welcoming. Furkan at reception was especially helpful and easy to talk to. I felt at home here. I’d give it 10 out of 10 and recommend it to everyone.
