The air conditioning and hairdryer in the rooms don't work, and breakfast is barely there. Problems can come up in any number of ways. It's odd to hear them call this the best hotel in Erbaa when the place turned out so shoddy.

Breakfast olives were moldy, the room had no water, and the air conditioning didn't work, so I was freezing. The faucet head broke off into my hand, and the toilet was filthy. We stayed here last night, and it was a terrible experience. I would never recommend this hotel.

We only tried to sleep for five hours, but the rooms were awful. When we asked for pillows, they said they had none. Then, after we checked out, they called to accuse us of taking their towels. How rude. Did they think we paid 5 TL to take a towel? We had to stay there because we had children, but I would never recommend it. Even the doors weren't really doors. I didn't like the place and won't go back.

What passed for breakfast was just tomatoes, salad, cheese, and bread. The next day I moved to another hotel, and I won't go near this company again. Today at lunchtime, I came back to my room to get my phone charger and found the door standing wide open after the cleaners had been there. My laptop and other belongings were inside. I told reception, but instead of showing any shame, they laughed and said, “This is Erbaa, nobody damages anyone’s property here.” I couldn't believe that. My company had arranged the stay, so I didn't feel able to say anything then. Honestly, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
