Emre at the front desk made a real difference. His English is excellent, and he took time to explain the map and tram system and help us make the most of our plans. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. This elegant boutique hotel is right beside the Spice Market, with a beautiful view of the Yeni Camii. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and always spotless. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with something for every taste. Highly recommended.

The loft family room had a beautiful mosque view, just as we'd requested in advance because my mother really wanted to see it from the room. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and we enjoyed the breakfast and service during our five nights in Istanbul. I stayed at Mest Hotel with my mother, and we had a perfect experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the man who cleaned our room every day was especially kind and genuinely grateful. I’d highly recommend Mest Hotel. A wonderful stay from start to finish!

The breakfast was fantastic, and there were wonderful views from the top floor. Everyone was friendly, and the hotel was so accommodating. The gentleman at the front desk gave us a map, marked some sights to see, and showed us the best ways to get around the area. The bed and room were comfortable. It was my first time in Turkiye, and if I return to Istanbul, I’d definitely stay here again!

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and I’d happily return. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the food and the amazing view from the restaurant. It feels more boutique chic than opulent luxury. One thing to plan for: cars have to drop you about 150m away, so you’ll need to carry your bags the rest of the way.

Aykut and Bashar Hafiz really stood out during my stay. They were warm, professional, and helpful, and went out of their way to make things feel right. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere. I had a great stay.
