This was the worst experience I’ve had. I made a reservation by phone, then they called to confirm it about 10 hours later. I had booked four rooms for five people, but when I arrived from another city they changed the price and gave us only two rooms. They weren’t like the pictures either, more like a two-star hostel. The room was in very poor condition, with old, shabby furnishings, so I stayed just one night instead of five. The service was also very bad, and they weren’t welcoming. Breakfast was average. Their reply was worse than our stay. I’ll share this experience on all the platforms.

The view is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food is mediocre and the rooms are small. The hotel is also a bit far from Erdek center, where the shops and restaurants are.

We booked this hotel during our Çanakkale tour, and it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room they gave us was too cold to stay in, and the air conditioning didn’t work. They gave the other guests an electric heater, so we ended up staying in that room instead. The only food was chicken and lentil soup that had gone ice-cold. We had to cut one şekerpare in half, and the syrup hadn’t soaked through, so the inside was just like a cookie. The toilets definitely didn’t work, the bed sheets were yellow, and the hotel hadn’t been cleaned at all. The other guests didn’t want to stay either, so they were sent to another hotel.
