Genius Hotel Istanbul

Our stay was much too short. The hotel is on a quiet side street, close to the main sights, and the service was excellent around the clock. They also supplied plenty of towels and toiletries, including soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The price was very reasonable. One thing to keep in mind: the building is narrow and tall, so heavy bags or mobility issues could make the stairs a hassle. You may want to ask for a lower-floor room.

The staff were lovely and eager to help us have a good time in Istanbul. We stayed three nights, and our family of four had a clean, spacious room. Being so near the main monuments and other sights around the Soulthanamet district was a real plus. We were warmly welcomed and would highly recommend the hotel.

We only stayed one night, but the staff were kind enough to bring extra heaters on a chilly day in Istanbul, making the rooms warmer. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the price was very good. The location is excellent too, just steps from Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmet / Blue Mosque. We'll absolutely come back next time.

We spent a week here with our two kids. It's a small, basic hotel, but it has what you need for a great stay in Instambul. The location is perfect, and the people running the place were great, always ready to help and making sure guests were having a nice time. Strongly recommend!
