The building looks beautiful from outside, but I wouldn't recommend living here or using it as a hotel. Getting to Fatih or other larger districts can take hours, so it feels like wasted money. If you only care about an investment, a new metro stop on the M7 line is expected to open in 3-4 years, as of my writing in 2024, and prices may shoot up then. The flats are quite small, yet priced like larger ones in central districts. The building materials are cheap, and every year you can see insulation coming off the walls. That's my take, but it's your money and your choice.

The building has a distinctive design that shows architectural creativity, and it feels safe from the moment you walk in. It’s a luxurious residence with people of many nationalities and a sense of elegance and cleanliness. Maintenance is part of the experience too. Restaurants, shopping malls, and the metro are all close by, and its location connects different parts of Istanbul. I highly recommend this project.

The location makes it easy to reach Istanbul’s main attractions, and the hotel has a swimming pool, fitness center, and spa for relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and ready to help. G-Yoo Hotel has a modern, luxurious look, and the rooms have the latest amenities and technology along with stunning city views. It’s a fantastic place to stay, and the experience will stay with you.

The place is secure and well located, but the laminated floor feels cheaply made and seems vulnerable to moisture. If you have young children, even a small accident could end up costing you. It wouldn't be an ideal stay for families with little ones.

Emre and Hakim made check-in easy and checked that everything in the apartment was working. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and having a washing machine was great. It was a lovely place to stay, quiet and free from disturbances, and I’d highly recommend it for a really comfortable visit.
