Bentley Hotel Old City - Special Class

The room was compact but clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good choice, including fresh eggs made to order. The location was great too, just a 5-minute walk from Istanbul’s main sites. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars was the broken balcony door, which let noise into the room.

Can at reception was especially helpful and professional. The location is perfect for getting to the historic sites, and I had a great stay. The rooms are comfortable, though a bit too dark because of the low voltage bulbs. I’d stay again. Thank you.

The spa was clean and well maintained, and the staff there were helpful and provided amazing service. Desiana showed me around the hammam, explained what a hammam really is, and helped me with the sauna. She was very professional, 10/10 service. Reception was great too, with very helpful staff. The hotel is close to everything you might want to visit or eat at. The rooms are small for a 5 star hotel, but really clean, nicely decorated, and come with good amenities.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully prepared, and we were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade. We stayed two nights in a quiet, very safe area that worked well for exploring the Old City and relaxing after a busy day. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, welcoming, and professional. We had a wonderful stay at Bentley Hotel in the Old City of Istanbul and would gladly return. Highly recommend Bentley Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
