I became seriously ill the day before travelling and couldn't get to the hotel. They said they'd refund me if I provided a doctor's report, which I did, but no refund came. After many calls with Expedia and disputes through the bank, I was still charged for a stay I never made. The customer service was terrible. BEWARE, these people are LIARS. There are plenty of other lovely places where you can stay and feel you can trust the business. Stay away from this place.

We really liked the view, and the reception staff were so helpful. The rooms were stylish, roomy, clean, and comfortable. Everything from housekeeping to the service left us very pleased. I'd recommend it.

The sea was beautiful, and so was the view from our room. We had spotless bathrooms and spacious, clean rooms, plus a delicious breakfast. Everyone was attentive. If you're in Erdek, you should stay here! 🫠
