The room itself was nice and clean, but the bathroom was filthy and smelled awful. When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready: there were no towels, toilet paper, blanket, or quilt. The restaurant doesn’t open until 7 PM, though there are small snacks by the pool, and the staff were nice and helpful. The worst part was getting food poisoning and spending a few days in hospital. We only ate at the hotel, so we believe the food made us sick, though we can’t prove it. We told the hotel while we were there and again a few days later. They didn’t seem to care, and actually said they could take legal action if we shared that information as an accusation. It could be a nice holiday spot, but the hotel needs to care about hygiene.

The prices felt very normal and reasonable, and the service facilities were incredibly good. I liked the hotel pool, it was almost like an aquapark, and the sea was nearby. It was nice to have sunbed service by the sea, and the rooms had air conditioning. Thanks a lot for everything.

We paid €1800 for two days, but when we asked for our drinks, they took about 30 minutes to arrive. The bathroom smelled really bad, there was no room service, and the food wasn’t that good. The keycard hardly ever worked, and they gave us the wrong Wi-Fi code.

We were trapped in the elevator for two days of our five-day holiday. It scared us, and we didn’t enjoy the stay at all. Never again.
