Kaizen Otel

The breakfasts were good, but I didn't eat dinner there, so I can't comment on it. The stay itself was awful, and I really didn't like it. The room was tiny, although my friends in the other room had a bigger, more spacious one. We asked for a room with two single beds, but got one with a double bed. When we pointed it out, they called it a misunderstanding and didn't fix it. We asked again, but were told there were no rooms available, so we couldn't switch. They suggested sleeping on the sofa if we were uncomfortable, even though it had cigarette ash and burn marks on it. The hotel looked just like its pictures, but it was very dirty. We asked them to clean our room, but it still hadn't been cleaned by the time we left. They only had two employees. The location was bad too, right on the main road, so there was a lot of noise.

There was hot water, and the sheets, floors, and bathroom were spotless. We had no problems, and the place has a warm, family feel. At the front desk, Mr. Ramazan greeted us with a smile and a lovely sense of humor. He really was the hotel's smiling face. If I'm back in the area, I'd stay here again. If you're looking for a hotel, I'd say stop searching and book now.

It's a family-friendly place, just 100 meters from the sea as you step outside. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is made up of fresh, natural items. I recommend it with confidence. C

I stayed for about 30 days, and Mr. Ramazan, Ms. Bengü, and Ms. Cook treated me with the same friendly welcome every day, as if I were arriving for the first time. The rooms were clean, and the beach was a five-minute walk away. A wonderful place to stay. May you always be blessed.
