The only thing I liked was the sea, though it’s public and open to anyone. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because activities and loud music from poor-quality speakers went on all day. The snack bar by the pool, where people are expected to spend much of the day and evening, also has live music during the week and children’s activities. The speakers were so loud that the noise was hard to tolerate both day and night. We came with my grandmother, who can’t walk far and needs a wheelchair. I’d mentioned that when booking. On arrival, we were told the hotel had two wheelchairs in the Medical Centre, but the person with the key was off duty, so we couldn’t get them. They had small golf-cart-like vehicles to transport people, but they only went to certain spots. We used one to reach the snack bar, then my grandmother had to walk the rest of the way in pain. When we called reception for a vehicle later, they said its battery had died and we’d have to wait until morning. She was in so much pain and distress that we took her home before she even got to see the room. We’d booked a Bungalow family room. Its bunk bed was very poor quality and wobbled if you accidentally touched it.

The sea and beach were amazing, and the pool was clean. The animators did a great job making sure everyone had fun. Our room was lovely and cleaned every day, and the restaurant was new and modern with lots of Turkish food to choose from. A friendly hotel with great service. Definitely recommend it!

The food was good, standard Turkish fare, but we skipped the pool and went to the beach. From what I could tell, the pool gets noisy with loud music. It was quite a walk to the sea with children, especially if you wanted to go twice a day. A golf car could take us partway, but the rest was on foot, and one worker said it often broke down. The location really only works if you have a car. We stayed for three nights and four days in a Standard room on the third floor. There are a lot of stairs, which was tiring with the kids. The room and bathroom felt old and dated, and some other parts of the hotel need renovating too. The bathroom wasn’t very suitable for a small child and sometimes smelled bad.

I loved this hotel and would happily visit again. The staff are really friendly, and there are fun little games to keep you from getting bored. The animation team is great with children, keeping them busy alongside the games for adults.
