The team is what made the Dedeman Hotel stand out for us. Their friendliness felt natural, from reception and room service to breakfast and the other facility staff. Everyone was kind and dedicated. Management, please keep recognizing their work, because they're why we'll recommend the hotel to everyone. After 14 overnight stops on a 16-day trip around Turkey, this was one of our best stays, a true 5-star experience. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, and the coffee and tea facilities were a nice extra. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge range of fresh, high-quality food for different tastes. I need gluten-free options, and unlike at many hotels, there was a good, delicious selection for me, which made mornings much easier. Our main location requirement was parking, which the hotel had. It's also conveniently placed for a short walk to the seaside, a shopping mall, and smaller local shops and cafes.

Everything is within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, and shopping mall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great spot. Ahmet was welcoming and very helpful, ready to answer questions, address concerns, or give us information.

I spent five nights at Dedeman Hotel and had a very good stay. The rooms were clean, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were consistently nice and helpful. Supermarkets are nearby, and the mall is about a 10-minute walk away.

We weren't told in advance that we'd be given a ground-floor room. It stayed cold the whole time. The bathroom door slides, and it had already come off its track when we arrived. Breakfast was mediocre too. Definitely not worth the price.

A very good choice for business trips. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly.
