Sahil Motel

The meals were tasty and filling, and tea was always available. Hygiene seemed to be a priority, and the staff were very polite and respectful. The rooms were clean and tidy, and we felt secure. It’s handy for the city center and beach, with lovely walks along both. We were a couple on vacation, and the deal was great. The hotel was in very good shape for its location, service, cleanliness, and food. Thanks to the owner, Mr. Erol KALE, our chef, all the staff who work behind the scenes, and Abdullah and Ömer.

We stayed at this seaside motel in Kızkalesi last week, and Mr. Erol’s hospitality made us feel at home. Abdullah at reception looked after us and was helpful in every way. The friendly welcome really added to our holiday. The chef and the rest of the staff also contributed a lot, so thanks to them too. I’d definitely recommend staying here with your family. We felt completely at ease :)

We stayed on 09/08/2025, during frequent power cuts in the area, and couldn’t get the services we needed. There was no generator, so in 40-degree heat we were left without electricity or water. The facility wasn’t hygienic, with stains on the sheets and walls. Management was indifferent, and we didn’t get a full refund. I don’t recommend it.

We’ve been here before, and now we’re back 😂 Customer satisfaction clearly matters to this business, and they do their best. Thanks to Mr. Abdullah for being so attentive, and to the owner, Mr. Erol as well. It’s a family-friendly place, too.
