I had a nice breakfast at the nearby restaurant. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful. A good place for a one-night stay.

Good value for the money, with clean rooms and nice staff. Smokers are welcome.

The daily price was reasonable, though the place wasn't enough for anyone looking for luxury. Finding it gave me quite a bit of trouble, and the soundproofing was awful. I could hear the person in the next room snoring.

Breakfast exceeded our expectations, both in range and taste, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt at home. Our room was spacious and modern, with everything we needed, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Ereğli West Sürmeli Hotel. It works well for a business trip or a holiday, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Ereğli. Thanks to the West Sürmeli family. We hope to see you again soon!

We checked in at 4:05 AM and booked a triple room. For our five-hour stay, they said breakfast would be taken care of in the morning and charged us 2000 TL. Then we were told breakfast would cost extra in the morning.
