Uğur at reception was cheerful, friendly to customers, and really helpful. The location is nice and the price very reasonable. But I stayed in two different rooms, and both smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I'm a non-smoker, and the odor bothered me a lot, sometimes giving me headaches and making my clothes smell of smoke. There was no shower cabin, and the drains in both the bathroom and sink clogged, leaving water pooled. Breakfast and heating were not bad.

Room 402 had a lovely view. The hotel is centrally located, reasonably priced, and the staff are helpful. I'd choose it again for my trips to Ankara.

I stayed here without any problems on a work trip to Ankara. It was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were warm and friendly. I recommend it.
