BTK Gold Suit

Really great!!

The rooms were spotless and had both air conditioning and refrigerators. We also had our orders brought right to the door by someone warm and friendly. From arrival onward, the staff welcomed us with smiles and pleasant conversation. Thanks to everyone there for being so attentive. A place in Erzincan I'd choose without hesitation.

I've been staying here for days, and the place feels charming and homey. The rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic, the staff are lovely, and the price is very reasonable. As someone who travels a lot, I find it nicer than hotels with more stars. The breakfast is much like what those hotels serve, but here it's in a proper modern dining space, not on tables covered in wedding-hall curtain fabric. The pandemic meant the plates came already prepared, as they did everywhere. I don't usually want a breakfast plate, but omelets and fried eggs are available too. I read the reviews, including one rude comment about the staff being naked and like doors. I'd like to meet whoever wrote that and understand what they were looking for here. Slandering such a lovely place and its staff is unfair. I'll definitely recommend it. Thank you.

KAA Lİİ TEEE We now think of this as our one place to stay in Erzincan. The rooms are laid out well, the location works for us, and the staff are all so friendly. A special thanks to the woman at reception, the quirky guy in the cafe, and the man in the parking lot. Wishing them all continued success. Simply a perfect hotel.
