Hosteleski

We came from Ankara and didn’t know Eskişehir, and the hostel owner was helpful right away, greeting us and assisting with parking and our bags. We stayed one night with my cat, and for the price, Hosteleski absolutely deserves five stars. Our room was spotless. I usually bring my own pillowcase and sheets, but didn’t need them. I’d seen reviews mentioning dirty shared toilets and bathrooms; they were clean when we arrived, though their condition does depend somewhat on how hygienic the other guests are. We had a standard breakfast plate at Varuna in the morning. Thanks to Hosteleski for everything. If we return, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The common areas, including the kitchen and bathrooms, were spacious and quite clean for a hostel, and the hallways and shared seating areas were tastefully designed. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcase were clean too. It’s centrally located. We paid 120 TL for two people in September 2019. I slept so well I can’t even describe it :( We’ll stay at Hosteleski again next time we’re in Eskişehir.

It’s peaceful and very quiet, with clean rooms, toilets, and showers. The hostel is in central Eskişehir and draws both local and international guests. There’s a terrace for having a drink, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll definitely choose it again if I visit Eskişehir.

The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful, and the management was terrible. I wouldn’t choose this place. There are much nicer, more professional places in Eskişehir for the same price. Even if nothing cheaper is available right now, pay 5-10 lira more and go somewhere else.
