The rooms are large, clean, and quite nice, and the hotel is in a great spot in the city center. We’re regulars and have good memories here, which is why the recent drop in service has been so disappointing. The waiters seem bored and uninterested, and as a customer you end up feeling neglected and unimportant. Something is always missing from our order. We’ve had to ask for the same thing more than three times and still not receive it, and the problem never gets sorted out. The location and rooms are nice, but being treated as if customers don’t matter cancels out those good points.

The staff are young, relaxed, friendly, and quick, and the rooms are very clean. Everything feels well organized, and there’s hot water right away. Right in the city center, the restaurant and terrace bar stay open 24/7, with lots of deals on food and drinks. Thanks for the hospitality.

10/10
The breakfast was fresh, good, and plentiful enough, and the staff were very friendly and always smiling. Our room was on a middle floor, so the cafe noise didn’t bother us. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious compared with other hotels. We picked Hangover Central Hotel for a short trip to Eskishehir because it was close to everything, and the location really was great. The train station, cafes, restaurants, and mall were all nearby, just a few minutes on foot. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are large, and the price seemed nice to me. It’s clean and in a perfect central location, right on the road. The only issue was the very annoying music we could hear, even from the fifth floor.

The staff were friendly, and the clash was great. The hotel’s location was very good, and I’ll definitely choose it again for a stay.
