Noém Hotel

Breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh food and plenty of local choices. The room was clean, comfortable, and clearly looked after, and the staff were friendly and quick to help whenever I needed something. It’s near the city center, with only a short drive to Palandöken for skiing. I had a great time and would stay again. I’d recommend it if you’re coming to Erzurum, it made my trip better.

We liked staying here, especially because the room was modern and roomy, and the staff were genuinely kind. Reception even offered to carry our bags before we asked. It’s handy for the bus station and about a 20 minute walk from the city center. We also got the double bed we booked. At other hotels, we were given twin beds without being asked or were strongly encouraged to switch because we’re two men. 🏳️‍🌈👨🏼‍❤️‍👨🏻 There are a few things that could be better. The room control only changes fan power, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature and found it too warm at night. Shower pressure was weak too. Breakfast had plenty of fresh salad and some hot dishes, but the flavors were rather plain. You have to ask the chef for an omelette, though that wasn’t obvious, and there were no food labels, so as foreigners we sometimes had to guess what we were eating. We still had a nice stay and would recommend the hotel.

I keep bringing my groups here, and it’s a lovely way to end the day. Everything is crystal clean, the food is amazing, and the quality is high. A special thanks to Chef. The reception staff also speak English fluently, which matters most to me.

We only stayed one night, but were glad we chose this hotel. It seems fairly new, and we liked the room’s style, the comfortable bed, and how spacious and spotless both the room and bathroom were. Breakfast wasn’t really to our taste, though the staff were polite and very helpful. Since there’s a shuttle to the mountains, we’re thinking about coming back for winter skiing in Erzurum.
