The prices are very low, and the hotel is clean, though old. The staff, unfortunately, were rude.

I found the room nice, and it was the cheapest price I came across in town. The staff were friendly, helpful, and understanding, and they helped me a lot. I’d recommend this hotel in Erzurum 100 percent.

Terrible. They seem too tired to run a hotel.

The central location is the hotel’s only upside. The place was filthy, neglected, and rundown, and even on November 30 the heating didn’t work properly. After we asked, they turned it on for two or three hours, then switched it off again. The staff treated us with contempt despite our requests. Music and other noise made it impossible to sleep.

For a stay of 1-2 days, the Prince is okay, but I’m not sure what happens with the heating when it gets colder outside. They switched it on at 5:30 PM and off again at night, which is why I’m giving the hotel 3 stars. Breakfast is sparse, though there are sandwiches and tea.
