The accommodation is basic, but modern, nice, and very clean. Breakfast was included, and from memory we paid about TL1,300. We got warm, wonderful Turkish hospitality, great service, and a lovely welcome for a great price. I'd highly recommend it as a base in Erzurum.

The staff were the best part, really helpful. The place itself felt more like a hostel, though thankfully the bed was comfortable. The room was noisy, and you could hear neighbors in the toilet and doing other things. The location isn't central to anything new. There was mold on the bathroom walls, ceiling, and door. Breakfast was very basic for the room price, and there's no elevator.

A horrible stay. The bed was old and broken, the sheets and pillow cover were dirty, and the toilet had no amenities. My room was small, with no air conditioning in the hot summer, and there was noise outside all night. The receptionist treated different nationalities differently. I was charged for two people and never got back the price difference. He said it was my fault for making the reservation that way. This place has nothing to offer. Don't stay here, and I wouldn't call it a hotel.

We had a great two-night rest here during our around-the-world bicycle tour. The owners were welcoming, and the hotel was good value in a handy spot with plenty of shops nearby. They let us safely store our two bikes in the lobby 😄 Breakfast had vegan and vegetarian options. Amazing Turkish hospitality!
