The snow isn’t as good as at Sarıkamış/KARS, but this hotel is quite a bit better than the other ski hotels. You can find whatever ski equipment you want there. The service is nice, the restaurant has many options, and the spa is very professional. Rooms are big enough and decorated in a luxurious style.

With the mountains around Erzurum, Sway Hotel is a comfortable luxury option. It’s near Palandöken Ski Center, so skiing and other winter sports are easy to get to. The modern rooms are well appointed and have breathtaking mountain views. There’s a spa, fitness center, and gourmet dining, and the service is attentive and professional. It works well for business or leisure, bringing modern comforts together with the natural beauty of the area.

The food and spa were standouts for me. Meals were incredible, and there are lots of spa options. The kids club was the best I’ve seen at a hotel. We had an amazing weekend. The hotel feels brand new, is very clean, and has luxurious rooms. Service was wonderful, too. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and made the whole stay feel great. I highly recommend it.

This was our third stay. The hotel is pleasant, the rooms are a good size, and the facilities are well maintained. Our previous visits were relaxing, but this one was disappointing. For most of our four days, race training schools had taken over one of the hotel’s four main ski runs, the best one. The management also seemed not to care about how children behaved. We went to the lounge for a quiet drink before dinner, where a crowd of children were running, screaming, and climbing on the furniture while their parents seemed unconcerned. We asked the waitress and reception staff twice if anything could be done, but nothing happened. Service was erratic, sometimes excellent and sometimes very poor.
