The staff were helpful and accommodating during our stay, and the breakfast was simple, filling Turkish fare. There wasn’t a toast machine, but the spread was still good. The hotel came recommended as a clean, easygoing place and proved to be just that, a dependable downtown three-star hotel with fair value, though nothing remarkable. We could walk to many places from here, which was a big plus. There’s a car park nearby, but you need a voucher stamped by the hotel to leave without paying. Nobody told us beforehand, so we had to pay, which was disappointing. Our room was clean and tidy, with decent toiletries and slippers. Nothing fancy, but it had what we needed for a comfortable stay. It wasn’t a memorable visit, but for the price, location, cleanliness, and helpful staff, we’d consider staying again.

My mom and I had a wonderful trip to Eskishehir, and she sends her thanks to all the staff. They were professional and very helpful, responding to every complaint and even helping us move to a warmer room. The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, and everyone was friendly. We had no complaints about our room, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was included, which made it easier to plan and get ready for each day. We stayed during our 2024 vacation, and Arus Otel was a great place for us, with a great location and parking too. The same experience elsewhere would have cost an arm and a leg. If you go to Eski Sehir, you have to stay here and go nowhere else. Thanks to Arus Otel and everyone who made it possible for us.

I've stayed here three times in the last six months. The rooms are decent and clean, and the staff are friendly. It's centrally located in Eskishier, my favorite town in Turkey.

Our stay from 8-12 August turned into a disaster. Before our flight, I tested positive for Covid-19 and had to isolate for 14 days. The manager misleadingly said we couldn't quarantine in our room and would have to move to another room for the fantastic price of $2500. He told us to leave the hotel for private apartments instead. My wife and I had to leave two days before our stay was due to end, and the hotel didn't refund the two days we'd paid for in advance. I definitely don't recommend it.
