Butik Hantep Konagi

The old streets around the castle are a lovely setting, and the rooms were clean with air conditioning. Staff were very sweet and helpful. It was also extremely noisy, with dogs, children and the ezan sounding as if they were right in the room. Earplugs made it okay.

For what we paid, this boutique hotel was a good deal, especially compared with the very high prices at other hotels. Our economy room was small, but fine for two or three nights, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. We paid 450 TL a night with breakfast included. It’s right in the center of Gaziantep, close to everything. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and we were very pleased with the service. We’ll stay again on our next visit. The staff were warm and friendly, and the place itself is charming. We had to ask to change rooms because the bed in our first one was broken and very noisy. The replacement room wasn’t ready, and several things were missing, so we had to keep asking for them. Cleanliness was adequate, though not great, and I think they could be more thorough and attentive. Parking was a problem too. They direct you to a lot within walking distance, and you have to pay the fee yourself, which wasn’t pleasant.

The location made getting around easy. Everything in the city center is within walking distance, and a map will lead you to the door. Press the doorbell at the upper left to get in. Inside, the rooms were clean and thoughtfully kept. Complimentary tea and coffee and friendly conversation helped us sleep well. My wife, children and I were very happy with our stay, and if I return to Gaziantep, this is the only place I’ll choose. Thanks so much, young people… 👏👏👏
