Shimall Hotel

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the pool, steam room, and sauna were kept clean. Our room was spotless and well maintained, with cleaners coming every day. The room service was excellent too. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and made our stay comfortable. They helped us book taxis and suggested good places to visit nearby. Okezz, the reception manager, was especially nice and helpful throughout. The comfort, cleanliness, and service were outstanding. I highly recommend Shimall Hotel if you’re visiting the city.

I stayed at Shimall for three weeks and had a pleasant time. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The location worked for me because I mostly took taxis, though public transport was nearby. Breakfast offered different foods each day, which I liked, and the staff were consistently friendly and willing to help, even though I speak only English. The kitchen was the one drawback: there were no utensils or glasses, so I couldn’t actually use it and it was basically just decoration. I also had dinner at the hotel and preferred the local dishes to the international options. Overall, I had a nice stay and would recommend it for longer visits.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was peaceful and clean, and the food was delicious. Staff were kind and always smiling.

Tuğba Bakır was the first person we met at the hotel, and her positive energy made a great first impression. Shimall Hotel is lucky to have her.
