Ms. Seda at breakfast was the one real bright spot. She was kind, professional, and made the mornings enjoyable. The room was a decent size and the location is central, but I still left disappointed with ibis Eskişehir. I’d requested a quiet room and received a message confirming it, yet was put on the first floor facing the city. Loud music went on late and kept me from sleeping. The bed was uncomfortable, especially the pillows, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with back or neck problems. There were large water stains on the bathroom ceiling around the lights and vent, visible in the photos. It looked bad and made me question the maintenance and hygiene. I was also told to check in online, then had to repeat the process at reception, which was confusing. Aside from the breakfast staff, especially Seda, I can’t think of another reason to recommend the hotel.

The hotel is handy for the city center, with busy streets right nearby, and it’s only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the station. I came by train from İstanbul. My room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the shower powerful. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and they kindly left a fruit plate in my room. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but I had no complaints. Thanks, İbis Eskişehir, for the kind hospitality.

I had a very nice stay, though being able to use the escalator without a room card felt like a security issue. Other Ibis hotels seem to take security more seriously.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable rounded shape. The buffet breakfast was great, and the woman at check-in was kind and efficient. It’s also conveniently close to the train station.

The central setting puts restaurants, shops, attractions, and bars within easy reach, so it works well for business or leisure and for anyone wanting nightlife nearby. Google Maps made it easy to find Ibis Eskisehir. The modern, stylish design creates a welcoming feel, and the rooms are well equipped and cozy. Staff were friendly and ready to help, and the hotel offers good value. A pleasant stay, highly recommended.
