I was disappointed that the bed was uncomfortable and had no headboard. The carpets could have been cleaner, and even the complimentary water bottles had already been opened. My stay fell short of expectations, and I hope management takes these problems into account and improves the guest experience.

The room had plenty of space, but the floor was very dirty and smelled like pee. I had read that the building had elevators, but when I arrived with my old mom, I was told the elevator wasn't working. The bathroom was so small that showering got the whole floor wet. Noise from the shops, neighbors, and workers made the atmosphere very loud. I was disappointed.

We had a very bad experience because there were bedbugs, and they bit us badly. Disappointing.
