The lack of a pool was a shock to everyone, especially the kids. We also had to carry our own luggage, and there wasn’t enough parking, so we had to look for a spot somewhere on the street. A swimming pool, a bellboy, and adequate parking should be part of a real five-star hotel. We definitely won’t return and can’t recommend Park Dedeman hotel. There are plenty of great hotels in beautiful Eskișehir where you can enjoy a vacation.

Rana and Eilif were especially accommodating and professional, and the service was very good. I’m looking forward to booking again.

There are plenty of groceries around, and the parking lot has lots of spaces. I stayed three nights in a spacious, clean room with good Wi-Fi. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, and Odun Pazarı and Sazova Park are about a 30-40 minute walk away. Breakfast had a good range of options.

The spa is top-notch, and the staff are professional and well-trained. Although the hotel is outside the city centre, it’s peaceful and easy to reach from every direction, which makes the location surprisingly convenient. A fantastic place with service that sets a high bar in Eskişehir, whether you’re visiting as a tourist or hosting guests.
