The view and atmosphere are fantastic, and the place feels high quality throughout. Oludeniz is about 20 minutes away, so you’ll need a car. Everything was wonderful.

We’d overpaid by 2000 TL, which we only noticed after checking the amount when we got home. When we called the owner to ask if it was a cleaning charge, she shouted that she owned three villas and 2000 TL wasn’t worth it, then said she’d refund us straight away. It was practically impossible to communicate with her, and her indifference and greed ended up ruining our holiday. There were problems around the house too. Some chair legs were broken, as was the pool ladder. The road leading up to the house was in poor condition, and a low car would very likely hit it. The location itself was beautiful, which made the rest especially disappointing. We paid the full amount when we arrived.

With the forest behind it, this is a lovely place to get some fresh air and watch the stars from a hammock. The rooms feel open and airy under the high ceilings, and each one is large, modern, and has its own bathroom. The living room is practical, and they treat the pool with chemicals every other day.

Bring your own food, then make use of the barbecue, table football, hammocks, and other things there. Everything is fitted out with quality brands, and it has all the comforts you’d expect, even more than some luxury hotels. A great private place for conservative families, especially number 1, which is independent.
