Ozgur City Residence

It was easy to find street parking, and the new, spacious apartment is close to restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. A good base for visiting Fethiye, though the shower has a few annoying problems. It's a flow heater, so you have to choose between water pressure and temperature, and the hot-water shower head has to be held by hand. Water also pools on the floor because the shower isn't sloped properly. The apartment was very clean apart from hair in the shower, including a large clump on the drain. For anyone cooking to save money, the kitchen could use basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. The salt shaker was empty, so we bought some.

The place was first class and had everything the four of us needed as we got ready for a hike. The only reason I gave service four stars was a water main break on the whole street, which left us without water for about four hours. It wasn't the owner's fault, just inconvenient. Thanks so much!

There were plenty of parking spaces outside in April 2024, and the street was quiet. The apartment is near the main tourist area and a good size, though it feels a bit tired.

Everything we visited was walkable, and the apartment is close to what you need in Fethiye. The washer even came with some soap. There was nowhere to dry clothes except hanging them on the balcony. The manager was great to communicate with and helped with anything we needed. I took off a star for the stairs. They're a lot to deal with when carrying luggage, and the rest steps are so narrow that stopping along the way isn't easy. Day to day, they weren't too bad.
