Pasha Hotel

The hotel is very old, and although it may be clean, its age means it never feels properly clean. We stayed half-board and ate at the restaurant next door. Breakfast was a real disappointment: for all three days it was boiled eggs, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and packaged jam, with the tomatoes and cucumbers already stored. The dinners, on the other hand, were good. We had chicken for two nights, and on the third day Hamit said he'd had meatballs made for us. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were nice. If you don't have high expectations, it's a good hotel to stay in.

The hotel is a little old, but the staff were welcoming and very friendly. We felt comfortable telling them if we needed anything, and they fixed issues right away. The food and appetizers were delicious, too. For the price, I think the performance and service are above what you'd expect. Maybe the people who left negative reviews were comparing it with five-star hotels they'd stayed at before. Thanks for your service. 👍

We'd stayed here before, but the management and staff have changed, so the negative reviews are probably from earlier. The building looks a bit neglected with age, but the rooms and linens are spotless, and you get premium service for the price. The staff are attentive and friendly, and they take care of requests right away. The food and appetizers are incredibly good, and the chef comes to each table during meals. On our first day they served mushroom soup. I told them I'm allergic to mushrooms, and they made sure there were no mushroom dishes for the rest of my stay. We've seen multi-star hotels respond with “we have this too,” so this place does better in that respect. There's a family atmosphere and it feels like home. The staff go out of their way to help, often before you even ask. We were extremely satisfied.

The food really stood out, especially the appetizers, and the service was superb. We spent 4 nights and 5 days here and found it friendlier and higher quality than the 5-star hotel I stayed at last year. Mr. Hamit and Mr. Halil Ibrahim treated us like brothers, and I’m grateful to them and the chef. Well done, and I hope we’re lucky enough to come back next year.
