Pasham Beach Villa & Residence

The apartment was roomy and reasonably priced, but it really needed a proper clean. We had some unpleasant encounters, especially in the shower and with a few of the appliances.

The winter price is reasonable, and the apartment feels cozy, with a large kitchen and good warmth. It’s a nice complex, but I found the ground-floor location awkward. People keep walking by and looking through the windows, and during the day you can’t open the door without stray cats and dogs trying to come inside. I’d choose an apartment on the second floor or higher.

We’ve stayed here twice a year over the course of 7 years, and whenever we reported a problem, it was fixed right away. Just don’t go into a room before the cleaning is finished and then complain about it. If you don’t like it, go to Jiva.

We only booked a room in the off-season, but after this stay we’d choose the hotel again during the season too. We came from Ayvalık at around 11 pm, and this was the first hotel we saw. We had a 2+1 room in the Pasham section overlooking the pool and playground. Our child loved the playground. The weather kept us out of the pool, though it was spotless even at the end of the season. Mr. Hasan was very attentive and helpful at check-in, and Ms. Aysel’s friendly manner at check-out was a lovely end to our holiday. Thanks for everything.
