Poppy Apartments

It’s a charming, relaxing little hotel with clean rooms and lovely family owners. I recommend it. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels across northern and southern Türkiye over nearly three years. I’m a retired Danish journalist, traveling with my Turkish wife.

I came back and tried the salmon poke bowl this time. It was super delicious, with a generous serving of salmon 🍣 The place is still wonderful. On my first visit, I spent the day using the lovely pool, with comfortable chairs and umbrellas, and had their homemade black bean burger for lunch. It was incredible and reasonably priced. The friendly couple who own the place spoke English. I’ll be back for that burger again. Yummy.

Poppy apartments isn’t luxurious, but it has a special, warm feeling. We stayed for nine days and felt at home from start to finish. Jennifer, her son, and the staff were always there to help, and they never complained about our kids being a bit noisy sometimes. We’d definitely stay again if we return to Fethiye.

We had an amazing time here with the family. The food and service were excellent, the rooms were spacious and had air conditioning, and the people were friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable, too. There’s a big, kid-friendly swimming pool, plus billiards and darts, and the place is peaceful but close to a water park, shops, and Fethiye’s port, just ten minutes away. Poppy Apartments is a great choice for a relaxing stay.
