The outside looks like a facade, and inside the price really doesn't match the quality. Everything was so dirty, the air conditioning didn't work properly, the shower sprayed in a way that made it impossible to wash, and the taps were extremely hard to turn on. I could list more, but I'd encourage people to look elsewhere.

For the price, it's okay, though the villa has been left to deteriorate and could have been much better. A lot of things are missing or damaged, and no one seems to have kept track of them. It was also much smaller than the villa I rented before. The house comes completely bare, so you need to bring everything yourself.

The pool was looked after every day, and the place was cleaner than I expected. The garden could use better care, and it would help to have somewhere in the bathrooms to hang towels and bathrobes.

Ms. Ozge and Mr. Serdar from Tala were quick to respond and very helpful when we had problems, so thank you to them. Still, after last year's stay at Tala Villa 10, we missed the kind of vacation we had there when we came to Tala Villa 12 this year. Cleanliness and pool care caused us a lot of trouble. The two cleanings during our 15-day stay were good, but my daughter developed external otitis, and the doctor said it was because of the pool. I wish I could say the same positive things I did last year. These issues should be fixed soon; they unfortunately don't fit such a beautiful villa.

The company provides all kinds of tourist services, and you can rent a bicycle there too. The location is beautiful and the service is excellent.
