Findikhan Hotel

Manager Erdinç deserves a special thank you. He was professional and friendly, and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel is close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The Turkish décor and little details reminded us of Istanbul’s mix of tradition and hospitality. We were welcomed warmly from the start, and the service felt five-star. Teşekkürler, Erdinç! 🇹🇷

The rooms facing the sea have a great view, and the restaurant served well-prepared Turkish dishes with a modern touch alongside international food. This is a brand new hotel, with clean, good-sized rooms and modern features. The staff were very friendly and helpful 👍.

For a short stay, I liked the hotel for what it is, though there’s plenty that could be improved. The location is great, with the best sea view, and you can easily walk through Atatürk park. Rooms are spacious and well designed, with top-class furniture, including the bed, mirror, table, and chairs. The internet slows down at night, so working then is difficult. The breakfast selection is limited, and it’s odd that they charge for an omelette and Turkish coffee while calling breakfast free. I also wish the menu had fresh Salmon fish. Noise is a real problem. You can hear neighbors at night because sound insulation between rooms is poor. There’s a public garden right next door with music performances until midnight. If your room faces that side rather than the taxi stand, it’s too loud to sleep, and the windows don’t block the noise well. The bathroom isn’t ideal either, water gets everywhere. I hope they have at least one staff member who speaks clear English and can understand what you’re saying. They do want to provide good service, but relying on google translate gets in the way. Great for a short stay, but I’d think twice about a longer one.
