CNR Otelcilik

I arranged this hotel for my parents during a transit in Istanbul, and the easy booking, service, and best price made it an easy choice. The staff do their best to make guests comfortable. The receptionist, Sude, deserves special mention: she looked after my parents closely and even went to the airport to see them off. I don’t think five stars is enough for the hotel and its staff.

After a 14-hour flight from South America, my wife, our two young kids, and I arrived hoping to rest. The receptionist wouldn’t give us our room and said they were overbooked, even though we had prepaid. We were left outside with our luggage and children. Months have gone by with no refund and no response. Please avoid this scammer hotel.

The apartment was huge and spotless, with a full-size fridge and freezer, gas hob, and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The staff were kind and so helpful with transport, money transfers, and ordering food. Shops close by had everything we needed, with plenty of takeaways nearby too. It’s in a really good spot, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. The price was the best around, and we were honestly shocked at how good it was for the money. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for four days and couldn’t get room service on three of them. The restaurant staff were very rude, and the food was overcooked. It felt poorly managed and wasn’t worth the money. Be prepared to be treated badly if you stay here. We’ve stayed at cheaper hotels in Istanbul where the service was ten times better.
