I came from Diyarbakır for work and was unsure about finding a good place to stay in the city. Tuna Hotel quickly put those worries to rest. The reception team greeted me warmly and handled everything with courtesy and professionalism, which I really appreciated after a long trip. For a busy work schedule, the quiet, spacious room and comfortable bed made it easy to rest. It was tidy and very clean throughout, from the bathroom to the linens, and the hygiene stood out to me. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good range of fresh food served hot, and friendly staff. Everything ran quickly and smoothly, which mattered when my time was limited. The staff were caring and helpful beyond the basics. They gave me suggestions for getting around, and I felt at home instead of like a visitor in an unfamiliar city. Being from Diyarbakır, I value that kind of sincerity, and I found plenty of it here. The location also worked well for reaching meetings and spending time nearby in the evenings. My stay was more comfortable and peaceful than I expected for a business trip. Tuna Hotel is where I'll stay next time I come to the city.

Tuna Hotel offers comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service, and I'd gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

The hotel is close to central Gaziantep and works well for both staying and events. Its warm atmosphere and design make it stand out, and even with high occupancy, the place felt spotless. The staff were very polite, friendly, and reassuring, and even their uniforms were sparkling clean. I'd recommend it to friends visiting from out of town.

I came from Greece to Gaziantep and was so glad to find Tuna Hotel. I spent 20 nights between the two hotels, Tuna Hotel and Doga Hotel, and had a magnificent stay. The team was superb, breakfast and cleanliness were excellent, and I felt wonderfully cared for. I also found both hotels successful in every respect. At Tuna Hotel, the people really made the place for me. Receptionist Ms. Melek, Night Receptionist Mr. Ömer, Cleaning Ms. Hatice and Ms. Tülin, Mr. Muhammed, and owner Mr. Mehmet Ali all deserve thanks. The sincerity, respect, and attention made me feel valued. The night receptionists, Ms. Ömer and Ms. Melek, were wonderfully capable, and the night bellboy was very successful too. Mr. Mehmet Ali's vision makes a real difference. One small thing: the daytime receptionist could be a little more attentive, helpful, and cheerful, though I'm sure that will improve with time. Still, the quality and service are top notch. In this city, Tuna Hotel is the clear choice for me. Sometimes it's the people who leave a mark, and this team did. Endless thanks, and I wish them continued success.
