The night staff member was lovely, very kind, friendly, and helpful. My experience with the morning staff was the opposite. Once she realized I only spoke English, she stopped speaking to me and wouldn’t even look at me. She showed me to the room and left without explaining checkout time, Wi-Fi, breakfast hours, or the hotel facilities. She left so quickly that I didn’t get a chance to use Google Translate. I stayed one night but was charged for two. They admitted it was an accidental double charge, and I asked for a refund. After two weeks of repeatedly following up, they arranged it through Western Union. But I had to pay a 10 Euro transaction fee, so I lost money because of their mistake. They haven’t replied since, and I’m tired of having to beg them to make it right. I don’t recommend this place to foreigners.

Mr. Abdullah at reception was so polite and helpful. We told him we had gone to the wrong address, and he came out to meet us on the street. Although we’d booked a standard room, he arranged a suite for us. The room was beautiful, with tasteful decor and lovely details throughout. We had an incredibly pleasant stay. If I return to Gaziantep, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. Everything was perfect.

The hotel service is as bad as it gets. Don’t trust the breakfast description either. Getting to breakfast means a steep climb, and if you make it up there, all you get is a boiled egg.
