A friendly, well placed budget hotel, and I enjoyed staying here. My room was a decent size and had plenty of useful things: a window that opens for fresh air, minibar fridge, electric jug, air con (which I didn’t use), good wifi, and lots of power points. The bathroom was very good, with hot water whenever needed. The walls had flaking paint, which didn’t bother me much, but ventilation in the bathroom was poor and cigarette smoke from elsewhere drifted in. Breakfast was optional, with different rates depending on whether you included it. The top floor dining room has a view over the surrounding centre, and the family atmosphere and service are pleasant. The pre-plated breakfast was adequate, but I don’t think it was worth the higher rate.

The hotel is old, but the service was good. The view was amazing, and we were right in the middle of the bazar. Mr.Kenan was especially hostile and respectful.

It was just okay, and didn’t feel quite nice enough. The service fell short too, though it’s close to the city center. The photos show the view from my room.
