Met Gold Hotel

For a family that needs to shop often, the location is handy. It's right in the middle of a street near several shopping centers. Breakfast, though, wasn't as described: there was no open buffet, just small portions of poor quality. The two cucumber pieces weren't fresh on more than one occasion. I also don't think pets belong in hotel rooms, and morning coffee wasn't included.

Mr. Kerem was amazing, always smiling and so positive. His service was beyond what you'd expect, and staff like him are hard to find. Thanks as well for the complimentary Turkish coffee. ❤️💫 The location worked really well for us, with shops, lots of electronics stores, and small food markets right nearby. The hotel felt safe, clean, tidy, and very boutique, and it took good precautions for covid. Check-in and check-out were quick. Our room was very good and had everything we needed, including complimentary coffee and water. The wifi wasn't great, though that might have been my devices. If I come back, I'd definitely stay here again. 🙌🏻

I liked it so much that I stayed a couple of days beyond my original plan. The central location is great, breakfast was fantastic, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I paid 100 TL for a single as a walk-in. A perfect choice for Gaziantep.

Everything felt ancient, broken, and dusty. It was the dirtiest, worst hotel I've stayed in, and I was disgusted even sleeping there. I can't see how a place like this could be rated 4 stars.
