We rented this place for the location, but the noise was constant, from traffic and horns at a busy intersection to children shouting all day at the school on the corner. The rooms also weren't as large as they looked in the pictures. When we arrived, it was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. People smoke in the apartment rooms, and the smell drifts in from neighbors. We don't smoke and didn't want to smell like it, so we had to wash the curtains ourselves because they were blackened with smoke. Even if the place is cleaned, smoke from people in the building comes in during the day. The AC pictured in the listing isn't something you can control yourself, despite the claim that utilities are included. It's central AC, and they turn it on when they feel like it, which was hardly ever. We asked a couple of times and were told it would be turned on, but it never was. They don't tell you any of this before you move in. Especially on the upper floors, it gets hot. They apparently don't turn it on during the day, as if staying in the building then isn't allowed, and in the evening at least 5 people have to ask. We asked twice and they still didn't turn it on. The only reason we rented here was the location, but the road and nearby school made it very noisy. This is definitely not a good place to rent or stay.
