Palmiye Hotel Gaziantep

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and clean, with a really comfortable bed and extra pillows. I only stayed one night, but the service was second to none and they made my visit pleasant. Highly recommend the hotel. Teşekkürler, you're wonderful!

The location made getting around easy. We could walk to most attractions without needing a taxi, and there was a lovely park nearby for relaxing in the evening. At reception, Mr Cumali helped us a lot and made our itinerary even more interesting. Everyone was cheerful and greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was absolutely great, especially the fresh gozleme a lady made for us when we asked. The hotel and our room were excellent, and we were very happy during our three-day stay. I can highly recommend Palmiye Hotel. We’ll come again. Thank you! Shahid & Ghazala Ibrahim

The employees were kind and helpful, the service was perfect, and the price was good. I also liked how close the hotel was to everything. But cleanliness really needs work. We stayed four nights, and nobody changed the blankets. My bed had oil on it and didn’t feel clean enough, and the carpet was dirty. The room was too small, and while the bathroom was good, it could be more comfortable. Breakfast was good, though not all of it was fresh. It’s a good place, but they need to work hard on keeping it cleaner.

We came across this hotel by chance and got a warm welcome from all the staff. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the price was reasonable. Dinner from the kitchen was superb, and breakfast was the best we’d had at a hotel in a very long time. They also had very good covid protocols in place. Thanks to everyone who made our stay such a good one.
