At the women's pool, staff spoke to us in a harsh, rude, and disrespectful way. They wouldn't let us in wearing our clean slippers, and instead of helping or finding a solution, they kept giving orders. Near departure time, one person threatened to turn off the lights, lock the door, and leave if we didn't get out. That treatment of guests at a resort is unacceptable. We won't choose this place again after the experience. I hope those responsible take the complaint seriously and make the needed changes.
