The room itself was awful: small, very dirty, and reeking of cigarette smoke. The pillows and sheets hadn’t been changed, with the previous guest’s sweat and dirt stains still on them. There was hair everywhere, and the bathroom was filthy and smelled terrible. There wasn’t even a bidet in the sink. If the room had been cleaned, it shouldn’t have smelled like a whole pack of cigarettes had just been smoked in it. Detergent or room spray would’ve helped. The receptionist didn’t seem very helpful either. I had a really unpleasant stay and can’t recommend the place. I also had trouble checking in. I’d booked at 7 am and called after 8:30 because I was exhausted from the trip and needed to get in a few hours early. The hotel seemed empty, but they still refused and told me to call back in an hour. When I called again, they said they couldn’t take me. I only kept trying because I had to. The hotel later responded, but that doesn’t change what happened. I won’t stay here again. Think twice, or three times, before coming. Only consider it as a last resort.

From the moment you arrive, the friendly staff are there to help. It’s the cleanest, best equipped, and most reputable hotel in the area, and the service gets a 10/10 from me. You can stay here feeling completely at ease. Enjoy your visit!

I’ve stayed at other hotels around here, and none matched this place for cleanliness. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and it’s good value for the price. The location is excellent too. The staff are lovely, and they even handled my requests late at night. I don’t really understand the complaints from other reviewers.

The breakfast wasn’t a huge spread, but it was enough for us. Our room, sheets, and towels were very clean, and the staff were friendly. Just be aware that the elevator stops between floors, so stairs with heavy bags could be difficult. The soundproofing also isn’t great, so noise from the next room may bother you if you’re sensitive to it.
