The best part of our two-night stay was how clean everything felt. I saw the empty rooms being cleaned with a steam machine, and the beds were comfortable too. The place was mostly quiet, and we didn't hear noise from other rooms, though bathroom sounds did come through. The staff and owner were welcoming and helpful. We had trouble with the air conditioning settings, but someone fixed it within five minutes. Each room has a pool big enough for two people to fill with thermal water, plus its own modem, so the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The smart TVs had all the apps available, and parking was easy. We were very happy with our stay. A few small things could be better: the slippers are so thin they're not very practical, and there weren't many towels. We had one face towel and no foot towel, though I'm sure they would've brought more if we'd asked. There's also no restaurant separate from the municipal facility.

Being close to Mount Murat is a real plus for anyone interested in snow and skiing, and the forest and stream views are beautiful. My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable in every way. We've already put this place near the top of our list for the next holiday. The staff were kind and attentive, and thanks to Meryem Hanım at reception for helping us out. We stayed as a family of three in a 1+1 room with a jacuzzi. It was spacious, clean, and well cared for, and everything in the room worked well. Nothing felt broken, old, or out of order.

The weather wasn't on our side, so we couldn't really use the children's play areas. Still, we enjoyed the natural thermal suite, and the 1+1 suite with a pool had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to appliances. The cleanliness was especially reassuring. The nearby municipal social facility was far below our expectations for food, so I'd suggest bringing groceries and using the kitchen, including the refrigerator and stove. The reception team, especially Ms. Meryem, looked after us well. They quickly arranged a travel cot when we asked, and even helped us find medicine when our son had a fever.

We came across this place on social media and drove 400 km for two nights with the family. It was just as it looked in the pictures and videos, and easily the cleanest, best-equipped thermal hotel I've stayed in, including places in nearby provinces. The whole facility feels stylish and carefully put together. Everyone was friendly, from the reception staff, especially Ms. Meryem 🎀, to the owner, Mr. Mahfuz, who kindly offered us coffee and had a nice chat. Guests also get a 50% discount at all the municipal thermal spa facilities. My son had a great time at the aquapark, and we really enjoyed the spread breakfast at the restaurant 🤗 Greetings from Düzce. We hope to come back, and wish you all the best ❤️
