After you’ve booked and paid, they may ask for an extra charge at the place, roughly twice what you already paid. That happened to us. I wouldn’t trust them.

We booked and paid through Hotels.com, where the hotel has an official account, and we have the documents. When we arrived, they said we’d have to pay double to get the room we’d reserved. We cancelled and left after the receptionist kept telling us to do that, but 17 days later we still hadn’t received a refund. Hotels.com says the hotel hasn’t refunded them. The hotel says it didn’t know about its membership or prices on the site and that the listings were posted by the site. Management was unhelpful and very rude, and seemed to have anger management issues. I’ve never had this kind of problem anywhere in the world, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on a reservation. The hotel expects customers to sort out the problem between them and the agency, even though they haven’t returned the money the agency sent to their account. The way they spoke to us was the biggest issue. We’ll be pursuing legal action, and I’m leaving this review so others don’t run into the same problem.

We had a relaxing, peaceful four-day stay. The hotel is right on the beach, close to the city center, and there are plenty of transport options. Thank you.

The room design is really nice, and the hotel is right on the beach. There weren’t any complimentary cold drinks, which stood out after a long journey when we wanted something to drink right away. The hosts were pleasant, attentive, and easy to talk to. It has a family feel and is set up as a suite apartment.
