The minibuses and buses stop right outside, and the noise kept me awake all night. You can hear whatever is going on in the next room as if there's no wall. One of the rooms isn't really a room, more like a balcony with a boiler. There's no reception or elevator, either. The room, bathroom, and windows were filthy, and there were no pillowcases, sheets, or toilet paper. They advertise breakfast as included everywhere, but that's a lie. You can't pay by card. It's disgraceful, and I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe you'd stay if you were homeless and had nowhere to sleep outside. Otherwise, I wouldn't stay there even if they paid me.

We paid for the reservation 15 days ahead, but when we called the day before to ask about check-in, they said the rooms were full and cancelled it. They wouldn't even have known about our booking if we hadn't called about something unrelated. I wonder how they'll make up for the disruption.

The cleanliness, warm staff, and attentiveness make this one of Gemlik's most comfortable hotels. Thanks to everyone there for taking such good care of us.

We've never had any problems here. It's one of the most decent businesses in Gemlik, and you can choose it with confidence.
