What stayed with me most was how warmly the staff treated us. Breakfast was simple, but you could feel the care behind it, and every conversation felt sincere. They seem to put a lot of heart into making guests feel welcome, even with limited resources. The hotel sits somewhere quiet and a bit isolated, which gave the place a peaceful, authentic feel. It's a cosy spot that feels like home. It isn't a 5-star hotel, but I found the thoughtfulness in the details better than at some luxury places I've stayed. If you want marble floors and bellhops, this probably isn't the place for you. I valued the genuine hospitality and quiet comfort, and left feeling refreshed and grateful. I'm already thinking about coming back.

I like being around nature, so this place suited me. We had a pleasant stay, and the hotel amenities were good and well maintained. Breakfast was acceptable. The sea and its restaurants are 600 meters away.

I booked two King Deluxe Lanai Suite rooms for my family member for September 2-4. I'd stayed at this hotel in previous years, including in that particular deluxe suite. But my family members were given regular deluxe double rooms instead. Nobody explained the downgrade or apologized, and I wasn't refunded the difference. For the second night, one family member got a Deluxe Lanai Suite for just one night. Even so, I was charged for two Deluxe Lanai Suites for both nights. My family member called me in the USA so I could speak to the man at the front desk. He didn't apologize and seemed to suggest the problem was somehow our fault. The owner and employees showed a complete lack of professionalism and communication. I booked through Expedia and have all the factual data on hand. No business should be run this way. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Go somewhere else if you want a stress-free vacation.

Bring your own toilet paper. We stayed five days, and the room was never cleaned, the trash wasn't taken out, and no supplies were provided. We asked for cleaning on the third day, but they either didn't understand us or didn't want to do it. On the fourth day we bought toilet paper at a store. It's not a huge deal, but this shouldn't happen at a 4-star hotel. The grounds are pleasant, with a spacious yard and pool, in a quiet spot beside an olive grove. The problem was the staff: they didn't speak English, weren't very engaged or kind, and didn't seem to try hard. There's no bar or anyone to make coffee or a cocktail. Nice place, very bad management.
