Awful experience. We'd paid upfront, but were told the owner had ripped us off and run away, and that nobody could help. We were left stuck. They could have arranged somewhere for us to stay, and we were even willing to pay a second time, but they just left us in that situation.

The new owners are welcoming and warm, and they work hard to give customers good service. Nilgün Hanım has been especially helpful. I expect things will only improve with time. Thanks for all your effort, Nilgün Hanım.

I can't recommend Güvercin Apart. I called and agreed on a price, then went there and was told it would cost 200 TL more or we couldn't stay. We had to find somewhere else. The place wasn't clean at all, and Mr. Halil said one thing on the phone and another in person.

The place is now operating under a different name because the operator changed.
